FUNCTIONAL STATEMENT

The Engineering Office initiate, review and recommend changes in policies and objectives, plans and programs, techniques, procedures and practices in Implement rules and regulations as mandated by PD 1096 also known as the National Building Code.  They also recommend Development Permit for Subdivision Plan, provide and accomplish all infrastructure and public work projects in a satisfactory manner, attributed by engineering workmanship and technique and implement and enforce all aspects of building requirements that leads to a well safe and harmonious environment.

Frontline Services:

ISSUANCE OF OTHER PERMITS (RELATED TO NBC PD 1096)

CLIENTS:                                     Applicants
DOCUMENTARY REQUIREMENTS:     For renewal – Business Permit Application duly accomplished
                                                 For new enterprises- Certificate of Occupancy
                                                 Authorization of person allowed to follow-up the application

SCHEDULE OF AVAILABILITY OF SERVICE:
SITE INSPECTION:                       Mondays to Fridays; 8:00 AM TO 10:00 AM

PROCESSING OF DOCUMENT:       Mon–Fri.; 8:00 am-5:00 pm

FEES:                                        Based on the National Building Code of the Philippines
       
TOTAL PROCESSING TIME:           1-5 days
                                               If requirements are complete, one (1) day after inspection

ISSUANCE OF CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY

CLIENTS:                                     Applicants for Certificate of Occupancy
DOCUMENTARY REQUIREMENTS:     Duly accomplished prescribed application form
                                                 As-built plans and specifications duly signed by the respective professional discipline
                                                 Certificate of Completion-duly notarized
                                                 Daily construction works logbook and Building Inspection Sheet duly accomplished by the contractor (if undertaken by contract) and signed and sealed by the supervising architect or civil engineer.
                                                  Fire Safety Inspection Certificate (FSIC) by the Bureau of Fire Protection (BPF)
                                                   Authorization of person allowed to follow-up the application.

NOTES:
Photocopies of PRC ID and PTR of professionals who sign the as-built plans and application forms.
Show originals of photocopies for verification
SCHEDULE OF AVAILABILITY OF SERVICE:
                                                 SITE INSPECTION:   Mondays to Fridays; 8:00 am-10:00 am

PROCESSING OF DOCUMENTS: Mon-Fri; 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

FEES:                                        Based on the National Building Code of the Philippines
       
TOTAL PROCESSING TIME:           1-5 days
                                               If requirements are complete, one (1) day after inspection

REPAIR / MAINTENANCE/ CONSTRUCTION OF INFRASTRUCTURE PROJECTS

CLIENTS:                                   Public / Brgy. Officials
DOCUMENTARY REQUIREMENTS:   Letter Request/ Brgy. Resolution specifying the service needed
SCHEDULE OF AVAILABILITY OF SERVICE:
                                              SITE INSPECTION: Mondays to Fridays; 8:00 AM TO 5:00PM

                                              PROCESSING OF DOCUMENTS: Mon.-Fri.; 8:00 AM TO 5:00 PM

FEES:                                      N/A

TOTAL PROCESSING TIME:        1-7 days

TRICYCLE INSPECTION

CLIENTS:                                   General Public
DOCUMENTARY REQUIREMENTS:   Tricycle, Form from the Treasurer’s Office
AVAILABILITY OF SERVICE:
                                               SITE INSPECTION: Mondays to Fridays; 8:00 AM TO 5:00PM

                                               PROCESSING OF DOCUMENTS: Mon.-Fri.; 8:00 AM TO 5:00 PM

FEES:                                       As prescribed in the local ordinance

TOTAL PROCESSING TIME:          5 to 10 minutes
